A little bit about these past 7 days

I am so glad to see that froggie moving along, dragging its green lil' toward my goal weight for the end of this year hehehe Actually, I think I might achieve it by the week of the 26th of October but we'll see, we'll see.

Anyways I was a little disappointed by my "performance" this week. I only lost 1. 3 kgs/ 2.9 lbs when I was aiming more at the 1.5 kgs/ 3.3 lbs per week mark. I believe my party schedule had something to do with this because even though I DID go to the gym 3 times this week (60 mins of cardio/ session) and tried to cut out the morning and the afternoon snacks, plus REALLY watch my calorie intake for the 3 main meals for the last 3 days of the week, I DID also go out drinking Thursday and Friday and I had a family-type gathering on Saturday where I snacked on some "bad" food (nothing overly terrible, only popcorn, salted crackers etc., but still... ). So yeah, hopefully not having THAT hectic of a social life this week and keeping up the good eating and gym schedule I will be able to resume my 1.5 kgs/ 3.3 lbs weigh-loss rate and be down 6 kgs/13.2 compared to my weight a month ago (by then).
